Dalian Zhaohua Construction and Machinery Co., Ltd (VALUE-RIS) was founded in 1998. We have more than 20 years experiences in undercarriage parts and GET products.We produce integrates four-rollers & one-link, machinery and accessories into a whole, located in Jining City Shandong Province, covering 50 thousand square meters, with more than 300 sets of equipment & over 600 staff, some of whom are professors of university and senior engineers. In addition, we have advanced processing apparatus and manufacturing works including six forging assemblies, six CNC machining centers, four thermal treatment lines and forging moulds processing and testing detection machine with high automation and advanced technology dominates domestically. Not only design of product, forging, cutting processing, thermal treatment, but also track link assembly, it forms a complete manufacturing and processing assembly with annual production capacity of 50 thousand track links,2 million creeper tread. At present, dozers of link pitches and over 200 types of products have been developed. Under the guidance of scientific management, the process of production has strictly supervised by ISO 9001: 2000.
